Co-ops Open House

Tour our affordable housing co-ops on Saturday, Oct. 13th

Is a housing co-op the right option for you? Enjoy a snack and chat in the community room, see a few apartments, and learn how the co-ops work and what it’s like to live in them.

“In a housing co-op, the members are the landlord.” Financially the co-ops are like renting, but the members work together to run the property and organization. Co-op living offers multi-generational community and input into decisions. It requires an ongoing commitment and the ability to work with a democratic team.
