If you would like to make your homeownership dreams a reality or want to improve or upgrade your home in Vermont’s Chittenden, Franklin, or Grand Isle counties, the Champlain Housing Trust’s HomeOwnership Center is a great place to start.
We offer:
HomeBuyer Education: Workshops and one-to-one counseling to guide you through the home buying process and prepare to you be a successful buyer and homeowner.
Champlain Housing Loan Fund: Low interest loans for essential repairs, accessibility modifications, rehab projects, well & septic replacements, and energy efficiency upgrades.
Shared Equity Program: This award-winning model of homeownership has helped hundreds of Vermonters successfully purchase a home through downpayment assistance grants.
