These loans allow for rehabilitation and construction of essential structural and/or mechanical systems necessary for you and your family’s health and safety. Champlain Housing Trust provides borrowers with FREE project coordination, fully insured contractors, lead-safe work with all projects.

The Champlain Housing Trust’s Housing Loan program serves Franklin, Grand Isle, and Chittenden* counties (except in Burlington).
