Rehab Loan Program
Does your home need repairs or energy efficiency upgrades?
If so, consider the Champlain Housing Trust’s Rehab Loan Program. These loans allow for rehabilitation and construction of essential structural and/or mechanical systems necessary for you and your family’s health and safety. Champlain Housing Trust staff provides borrowers with construction management so you don’t have to find and schedule contractors.
The Champlain Housing Trust’s Rehab Loan program serves Franklin, Grand Isle, and Chittenden counties (except in Burlington). Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements (see below) and reside at the property as their primary residence. For more information, call Lynn at 527-2361 x101.
