CHT and our development partner Evernorth are constructing a new neighborhood in Hinesburg! Riggs Meadow will include 36 new permanently affordable apartments targeted to a range of incomes. XXXXX 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments will be available.
