Overview
CHT and our development partner Evernorth are constructing a new building at the South End Coordinated Redevelopment District (SECORD)! The new five-story building will include 40 new permanently affordable apartments targeted to a range of incomes. 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments will be available.

- Amenities will include community laundry, and fourth floor community room and rooftop deck
