Franklin County Candidate Forum on Housing and Homelessness

Champlain Housing Trust and three other organizations have invited all Franklin County state legislative candidates to a forum on housing and homelessness issues on Tuesday, October 4 from 6-8pm at the St. Albans City Hall Auditorium, 100 North Main Street in St. Albans. The nonpartisan forum is co-hosted with Northwest Regional Planning Commission, CVOEO/Franklin Grand Isle Community Action, and Cathedral Square.

The public is invited to attend the forum, and the organizations are soliciting ideas for questions to ask the candidates. Registration is not required, but people may RSVP and submit questions online at:

The co-hosts do not endorse or oppose candidates for elected office and the forum is purely for informational purposes to inform voters on one of the most pressing issues facing the region and the State.
