Overview
CHT and our development partner Evernorth are constructing a new building at Cambrian Rise! The new five-story building will include 40 new permanently affordable apartments targeted to a range of incomes. 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments will be available.
Housing Types and Amenities
- 40 permanently affordable 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments
- Amenities will include community laundry, and fourth floor community room and rooftop deck
Construction and Occupancy Dates
Construction is estimated to be completed in Fall 2026.
