We do not deny any individual the chance to apply for housing or lease a dwelling that meets their needs based on their race, color, creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, place of birth, age, U.S. military veteran status, familial status, marital status, disability, gender identity, or gender-related characteristics.

CHT does not discriminate against eligible applicants whose income comes partially or entirely from public assistance.

CHT will not tolerate discrimination among tenants: any form of discrimination is unacceptable.

DISCLOSURE TO APPLICANTS WITH DISABILITIES

Champlain Housing Trust will consider Reasonable Accommodation requests from individuals with disabilities that allow them to fully access and use its housing programs and related services. CHT will consider these requests to provide individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to obtain the same result, gain the same benefit or reach the same level of achievement as those who do not have disabilities.
