2022 Annual Meeting Elections

At our virtual 2022 Annual Meeting on January 27th, we said farewell to outgoing Board members Bob Robbins, Ian Boyd, and Michael Loner. While we’re sad to see them go, we are excited to welcome the newly elected resident Board members Issouf Ouattara and Kate Cappleman Sinz, each of whom are serving as homeowner Resident Representatives. The membership also elected Rachyl Phillips to her second term on the Board as a renter Resident Representative.

Kathy Luce and Joan Lenes were each re-elected for another Board term as General Representatives. Chip Sawyer and Nicole Mace were each elected for their first terms on the Board as Public Representatives of St. Albans and Winooski respectively.

After the board elections, members approved a resolution to formally amend the bylaws to create the Rental Resident Advisory Committee. This new permanent committee will continue the work of the advisory committee that had been formed last year. The group will focus on community building and serving as a voice for residents of all CHT rental properties.
