At the Champlain Housing Trust Annual Meeting on March 18th, 2026, we welcomed newly elected Resident Board Members Sybelle Ibaressongo, a rental resident representative serving her first term, and Lisa Lord, a co-op member serving her second term.
Rachel Jolly was elected to her first term and Helen Head was re-elected to her third term and each will serve as Public Representatives of Burlington and South Burlington respectively.
As a community land trust, Champlain Housing Trust’s Board of Directors are elected annually by the membership at our Annual Meeting. Any member living in Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties can be nominated and be elected to the Board. The Board is made up of one-third public members, one-third general members and one-third resident members.
