- General Interest: This monthly @home e-newsletter shares news of recent successes, upcoming events, community resources, and more — all tied together with some thoughts from our CEO, Michael Monte.
- Homes for Sale: Every week we’ll let you know what Champlain Housing Trust shared equity homes are available, and how to connect with us to see them if you are interested.
- Apartments for Rent: Coming soon we’ll starting publishing a newsletter when we have apartments for rent, with photos, contact information for the property manager, and how to apply. This will be especially helpful to know when we have a brand new building opening as those apartments seem to go extra fast!
- Home Education: If you want to keep up-to-date on our homebuyer education, budgeting classes, or financial literacy programs, this monthly newsletter is for you.
