This workshop was created to help people who want to buy but are not sure they can.  It can help people who may need special programs and more information about how to buy a home.  This interactive workshop will explain the basic process of buying a home, credit and mortgage readiness. We make the path to homeownership easier and more successful.  The workshop will also cover several special programs that can help make owing a home more affordable. Don’t count yourself out of owning your own home. Join us to learn about special mortgages, programs to help with down payment and closing costs as well as tips and techniques to successfully own your home.
