Join us in HomeOwner University’s “Enhanced Life Estate Deed, Advanced Directives & Power of Attorney (POA)”. Planning for end-of-life decisions can be complex, let CHT and Attorneys from Vermont Legal Aid to make it esier. In this class you will learn about how to use an Enhanced Life Estate Deed to provide for real estate to be passed to heirs without going through Probate Court. The class will cover how to create an Advanced Directives to outline your wishes for medical treatment at such a time as you are unable to make those decisions and how to use a Power of Attorney to give someone authority to take care of your legal or financial affairs.
