Overview
The Old North End Community Center offers four rentable facilities. All events must end by 10:00 PM. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis and may be limited.
The Cambrian Rise Event Hall
- Seated capacity of up to 175 people (244 if primarily standing)
- The event hall has 160 chairs, 16 8-foot tables, PA system with 4 wireless microphones, and a video projector with 100-inch screen
- Setting up and cleaning up chairs and tables are your responsibility
- Standard cleaning and damage deposit is $50.00
- RENTAL RATE: is $75.00 per hour with a minimum rental time of 2 hours

The Community Kitchen
- Capacity is 15 people
- There is 1 commercial refrigerator for you to use during your event
- Deep frying is not permitted
- Cleaning and damage deposit is $200.00

Classroom 215 (located on the 2nd floor)
- Seated capacity of up to 30 people (35 if primarily standing)
- Each classroom has 25 chairs and 5 6-foot tables
- Setting up and cleaning up is your responsibility
- Standard cleaning and damage deposit is $50.00
- RENTAL RATE: is $30.00 per hour with a minimum rental time of 2 hours
Classroom 218 (located on the 2nd floor)
- Seated capacity of up to 30 people (35 if primarily standing)
- Each classroom has 25 chairs and 5 6-foot tables
- Setting up and cleaning up is your responsibility
- Standard cleaning and damage deposit is $50.00
- RENTAL RATE: is $30.00 per hour with a minimum rental time of 2 hours
How Do I Make a Reservation?
Please email us and include:
- Date of your event
- Times of your event
- Set up and clean up time
Once you submit your request, staff will follow up with questions or approval. You will not make payment until your request has been approved by staff.
Deposit Information
- If you serve food at your event, we require a $200.00 cleaning deposit
- The deposit must be separated from your event payment
- The cleaning/damage deposit varies depending on which space you rent and type of use
- The deposit will be fully refunded on the same day, if the space is left in the same condition as it was found.
- If damages or cleaning fees exceed $200.00, additional fees will be added to your event rental.
- If you prefer, you can bring the deposit on the day of your event and give it to the event host who is covering your event.
Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your event, please cancel within 24 hours of your event start time. Any cancellations done less than 24 hours prior, risk their refund.
