Champlain Housing Trust (CHT) is a non-profit developer of affordable rental housing that owns and manages over 2,000 apartments in Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties. CHT contracts for over $5 million in property maintenance and repair work annually and is looking to expand its list of approved contractors.

- Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation
- Masonry
- Painting Plumbing/Mechanical
- Roofing
- Sprinkler Systems
- Vent Cleaning
CHT contractor requirements:
- Liability Insurance
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance (or Waiver for sole proprietor)
- Unemployment Insurance (or Waiver for sole proprietor)
