Homeowner’s Association Information
The Bay Ridge Condominium Association (BRCA) has been officially formed. Below you’ll find documentation that you and your lender will want to review. When an association is formed there is a document called a Public Offering Statement that is created with several attachments. I’ve included the attachments here separately as some of the documents are VERY large. If you prefer paper documents, I recommend looking at each one before deciding if you need it printed out or not. There are a lot of detailed plans in this document that you will not need to review in detail.

There is an Common Interest Community (CIC) that manages the entire neighborhood at Bay Ridge. This CIC manages the road, stormwater, and holds a master liability policy for the whole neighborhood. The Bay Ridge Condos is a part of this Upper Tier CIC and pays a portion of the expenses. Below are the documents for the CIC.
